TDS Rules as applicable to The Rajasthan Urban Co-operative Bank

• No TDS is deducted from the members/share holders of the Bank.
• Interest from the Bank will attract TDS @10% of the interest paid of above Rs.10000/-
• Surcharge & cess is not applicable on any payment made to residents.
• If pan is not provided by the deductee then rate will 20%.
• If beneficiary submits 15G/15H forms (duly signed)no TDS will be deducted.
• The above rates are subject to changes as per RBI/Govt guide lines.
